Warranty Information
MotoXtremes offers our customer's a 30 day, limited warranty, from the date of delivery of your bike and 6 months on your ATV. Limited warranty will only cover manufacture defects. Should purchaser have a part that needs replacing, they should immediately contact our toll free number at 800-359-1458. MotoXtremes will ship the requested parts to the customer within 5 business days. If the spare part requested is a non-standard part, please allow 7-10 business days for shipment. If customer wants overnight delivery, they will be responsible for the overnight or express delivery charges. Someone with moderate mechanical experience should be able to service the vehicle. If you are not comfortable servicing your MotoXtremes vehicle, we recommend that you contact a certified mechanic in your area to perform repairs on your vehicle. In order for MotoXtremes to honor the warranty, allow 10 hours of break-in period for all bikes and ATVs. During the break-in period for the bikes and the ATVs, do not run at more than half throttle (approximately 15mph) or overheat the engine. Any damages that occur do to misuse or improper care of the vehicle, including but not limited to, exceeding the weight limit specified, shipping damages, accidents, or gross misuse of intended operations are not covered under this warranty.

Warnings
Most products purchased at MotoXtremes are not for use for children under 16 years of age. Adult supervision is required for anyone under 18 years of age. This product is to be operated in accordance with all city, state, county, and federal laws. Pocket bikes and ATV's are not for riding on public roads. Always wear eye protection, a helmet, and protective clothing. Never carry passengers. And be particularly careful on difficult terrain. Never engage in stunt riding. Riding and alcohol/drugs don't mix. Avoid excessive speed. Remember to ride your MotoXtremes vehicle using common sense and avoiding recklessness.

Risks Inherent To Operation
Operating a MotoXtremes vehicle involves risks and dangers involving serious bodily injury. These risks and danger also include, but are not limited to paralysis, disability, dismemberment, and death. The inherent risks may be the result of purchaser's own actions or non-actions involving: themselves, others, or specific circumstances of the activity occurring, or the neglect or negligence of themselves and others. There may be other risks unknown to the purchaser. Purchaser assumes all risks and fully assumes and accepts responsibility for events that may not be foreseeable including economic loss, social distress, losses, costs, and damages caused as a result of person's vehicle riding activities.

 

Purchasing Responsibilities
Purchaser understands the nature of riding motor vehicles and motorcycle riding activities and acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate motor vehicles as purchased from MotoXtremes. Purchaser understands that they must abide by state laws and be in proper physical condition to ride MotoXtremes' motor vehicle. If purchaser is not familiar with how to operate MotoXtremes motor vehicle, purchaser should seek professional training and be fully competent before riding MotoXtremes' motor vehicle. Purchaser is also responsible to inspect and insure motor vehicle before using it to make sure that it is safe to ride in.

Licensing & Registration
Laws vary from state to state, and MotoXtremes, makes no guarantees or claims that the motor vehicle you purchase is legal for operation in your particular city, county, and state. If required in your city or state, purchaser is responsible to operate and register motor vehicle in accordance with state and local laws and ordinances. MotoXtremes off road vehicles do not come with DOT labels since they are off road vehicles.
